Could Throat Infection Be Related To Hypothyroid?

my self jay pani age 34 ,suffering from hypo thyroid (over active ) tsh level is 0.05,detect from last 45 days ,before that i am suffering with throt infection,not yet starts thyroid medicine ,local doctor advice that this is throat problem ,is it right ,please advice ,Age -34,Height -5.8inch,Weight 80kg
