Could Tiny Bumps All Over The Body Be A Symptom Of A Viral Skin Infection?
Hello, my son has what appears to be tiny random bumps on his body over the past four days they have gone away and then more re appear in a differnt spot, he has no fever has not had a change in appetite or mood any other things that make me think he is sick but they are red raised bumps that are filled with something they basically look like small pimples I am not sure what it could be we have had hand foot and mouth before but there is no dots on his feet or hands and no complaints of his mouth hurting but I am starting to be concerned since they keep popping up in random spots over so many days any advice on if I should take him to see someone or if this could be a viral skin infection?

Hi, I have gone through your query and it seems to be a viral exanthem. I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
