Could Tiredness And Red Marks Up To Neck Be Related To Heart Disease?

my husband is 64..he seems to be always tired with no energy and sometims there is red marks going up his neck..heart trouble runs in his family..several years ago his dr. said he had a mild heart attack and had the balloon done on his heart with no indication of damage..any reason to assum this could b his heart??

It's difficult to exclude heart problem without any examination.

I suggest consulting a cardiologist to run the following examinations:
- ECG
- ECHO
- Stres stest

If everything is ok than he has nothing to worry about.
