Could Tiredness, repeated Urination And Dryness In Skin Indicate Diabetics?

I have been feeling especially tired during the last few days, particularly when at work. I've noticed I'm going to the toilet more than usual and my facial skin has become the driest it has ever been over the last week. I'm 24, I don't drink or smoke and there is nothing major in terms of my medical history. Could I be diabetic? My Grandfather suffered from it and I eat a lot of sugar-based foods.

Hi
Increased frequency of ruination, increased appetite and increased thirst are the classical triad of diabetes.
Family history of diabetes is very important.
Even though, the symptoms mentioned by u may not be strictly due to diabetes.
No need to be worried.
You can go for simple blood sugar tests
( preferably a fasting and 2 he after breakfast).
Consult your doctor
Thank you
