Could Twitching In Vagina Be Due To Nerve Problem?

I have had for serveral years what I beleive to be a nerve problem in the vaginal area. It feels like nerves twitching. It never really goes away. Sometime it is worse than others. I have been to many doctors but none have been able to help me with this issue. It is really bothersome to me.
