Could Using Two Contact Lenses In One Eye At Once Lead To Intense Pain?
Hello I had a torn contact in my L eye, so I put a colored contact underneath to keep the tear from scratching my eye. Then, I had to do the same to my R eye due to my vision being different due to the extra contact. Keep in mind, I have done this before (worn colored underneath my regular) and it never irritates it. Well now, my R eye hurts to touch (under my eye when eye is closed) and when I bend over it feels like my R eye is about to fall out with horrid pain. The next day I noticed I had crusty discharge around my eye and discharge in my eye as well (R) The discharge is yellow and clear. What could be the problem?
Preferabily you should use one contact lense. For any other problem you should use specs ove it. When there is discharge from eye you should dis cotinue using cotactlense. Use antibiotic eyedrop like ciprofloxacin till it is alright. Again you get your eye checked before using contact lense.
