Could Vomiting And Discharge Of Brown Blood Indicate Pregnancy?

Last first day of period was july 16. Had unprotected sex a week after. Masturbated on the 27th. On the 28th I bled brown blood. When I m sitting down there s nothing, only when I wipe. But when I m standing it lightly goes to my panty liner. On the 29th right when I woke up I took a pregnancy test an it came out negative. It s now august 4 and I still have that brown blood. At 4 o clock in the morning I woke up because of dizziness and tummy aches. Went to the bathroom to try to poop. But had the feeling of vomitting, and I did. I took a day off work because my body is weak right now. Does it mean I m pregnant? I m still due august 13-16 but why am I showing symptoms too early?
