hi my mother is 65 years and she is experiencing weakness and shaky hands usually in the afternoon. her sugar level in the morning is 90-127 and she is taking a pill with 5mg Glipizide and 500 mg metformin hydrochloride. the post meal reading ranging between 195-245. it is because of hypoglycemia or may be some other cause. Please help
