Uh....hi...so ...my boyfriend and I were dry humping and I was in my underwear and he was naked...his pre-ejaculation soaked through my underwear and I touched his penis, and I went to pee but I don't remember if I washed my hands or not prior to wiping... could I be pregnant?

Chances of pregnancy depends on the amount of sperms entering the vagina and then fertilizing the ova. As you mentioned that you were wearing underwear when he ejaculated - tje chances of sperm entering the whole vginal canal are minimal. Also you went for pee after that - did you wash yiur private parts after the pee: if yesbchanves are further less. Only holding the penis does not expose your hand to lots of sperms and that to you only wiped with that hand so chances of sperms crossing whole vginal tract and fertilising are minimal.
