Could Working In A Call Center Full Time Effect Pregnancy?

Hello, my baby was born at 26weeks and now I m currently pregnant again after 5 months of my first child. My first baby unfortunately didn t make it and he passed away. so my doctor is considering me as high risk. I work at a call center full time and was wondering would that affect my baby and can be a huge risk factor for me?

Working at a call center should not really carry any occupational hazards to your pregnancy, but this also depends on what kind of call center it is, its location and so on as some call centers have a low-moderate exposure to radio-waves (needs confirmation). I would only advice against it if stress levels are high, and if you continue to be seated all through your working day. Please try to get up and walk every 30 minutes at least, so you ensure sufficient exercise to help maintain a healthy pregnancy. Other than this, working at a call center should not really have any risks.
