Could You Advise Based On The Attached Urine Report?

Dear Doc, please find below my test report.Please give your comments. qualtity : 2 ml color : pearly white viscosity : WNL liquifation time : 25 mins total count 52 million actively motile 40% sluggishli motile ; 15 % dead motile 45% normal morphology : 80% abnormal morphology 20% pus cells : 6--8 epithilial cell : 2--4. kindly suggest further

Hi thanks for contacting HCM ..

The report you have attached is of semen analysis .....

Here In report sperm count is normal according to WHO guideline ....that is greater then 15 million....

Motility should be more than 40% ...and 32% should progressive motile. ..
Which seems borderline here ...dead sperm more ...But it will not mostly affect your reproduction as actively motile sperm 40%...

Now last normal morphology is 20% ..which should be ideally more than 30% but strictly 4% normal sperm should be there ....
So according to your semen report your reproduction will not affected ...If there is problem in conceiving then repeat semen analysis and other investigations done ...

Pus cell present in your senen suggest infection for which antibiotic given ...

If you can't conceive after 1 year unprotected intercourse then consult doctor for examination and repeat semen test.
