Could You Suggest Any Method To Allow The Airflow Through The Nostrils As The Home Remedies For Congested Nose Have Not Helped?

Hi, I'm a 16 year old and I have a very congested nose, I've tried medication and a lot of common home remedies, but they either only work for a really short time or only one nostril can allow airflow. Any advice?
P.S. When I sniff my head hurts and there's a lot of pressure.

hi, you can try decongestent inhalers which works wonders for some patients. if they donot work, you may try steroid inhalers with a combination of oral drugs like loratidine 10 mg. hope this helped.
