Couple Of Bumps On Penile Shaft, Fluid Filled Bumps All Over The Hands, Wrist And Ankles

I have had a couple of bumps on my penile shaft that have last over 4 weeks now. Over this time period, and longer, I have been developing small fluid filled bumps all over my hands, in between fingers, wrists, and ankles which I think may be related. I also have small areas on both elbows and waistline which are extremely itchy. Also, there is a rash on the head of my penis that I had cultured for HSV which came back negative. Skin problems are really starting to scare me and would like an answer. Don't know if they are all related or not.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be allergic disorder the viral infection is likely, in my opinion it is better to apply the Diphenhydramine lotion, if this fails to respond then the condition need to be examined clinically, hope this information helps you, have a good day.
