Cracking And Popping Throat When Put Pressure With Hands, Painful Adams Apple, Sore Throat, Pain In Chest. History Of Having Leukemia. Help

throat all the way around sounds like its cracking or popping when i put pressure with my hands. my adams apple area hurts especially when i eat or drink. i ve only been dealing with this for two days now feels like a sore throat and my chest hurts. i am 24yrs female i had leukemia when i was 9yrs ive already been in remission for years

I have gone through your query regarding cracking and popping throat on applying pressure over Adam's apple, throat is little bit sore and you have pain in chest also.

Since you are a patient of Leukemia therefore chances of chest infection and laryngopharyngitis is quite high.Once the larynx gets infected patient always feel pain in throat, chest pain may be similarly because of recurrent chest infection.

You at present really need an antibiotic preferably broad spectrum and anti inflammatory along with decongestant.

I hope above treatment will help you but as you are a leukemia patient therefore a follow up by your treating doctor is must from time to time.
