Cracks Below Head Of Penis. Heals With The Use Of Antiseptic Cream. Affects Sex Life. Suggestions?

Dear sir, I have been experiencing cracks (painful) just below the head of my penis , always on the front and right, never on the left. Usually the cracks heal with the help of some antiseptic cream within a day, but open up again when having intercourse.sometimes the cracks take longer to heal and I m really getting frustrated to having to adjust my sex life after these persisting problems, I m not a diabetic. Please help G.

Hello,
You seem to be suffering from balanitis.
In the absence of diabetes,there can be various other causes for balanitis like...
Lichen planus 
Eczema - A chronic (long-term) skin condition, in which the skin becomes itchy, reddened, cracked and dry.
Dermatitis - inflammation of the skin that is caused either by direct contact with an irritant, or an allergic reaction.
Psoriasis 

Irritation of the skin of the glans may be caused by...
Some chemicals that exist in condoms.
Some detergents (washing powders) if not completely rinsed
Some fabric conditioners if not completely rinsed
Some perfumed soaps
Due to extra vigorous washing of glans with soap resulting in extreme dryness of glans.

You must consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis made as the treatment would depend upon the cause found.

use fluconazole 150mg once weekly for 6weeks u will be ok :)
