Cramping After Sex, Housework. History Of Complete Vaginal Hysterectomy Before 3 Weeks. Concerning?

I had a complete vaginal hyst on July 2 - almost 3 weeks ago. I felt great.... Went back to work already (I sit most of the time). I'm a bad patient in that I can't sit still. I have been feeling great so I am doing housework - but no lifting. I did have sex last night and it seems today that I have alot of cramping. Obviously, I shouldn' t have done that and won't - but anything I should be worried about?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
After sex, there may be chances of some of the tissue damage that was healing inside post surgery. Get done one USG abdomen to rule out any major problem like internal bleeding. Take plenty of fluid, keep monitoring your pulse rate if possible BP also and take NSAID for pain. Consult your doctor for examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.
