hi im 25 and have a 4 year old son and twin boys that are almost 2 i has marina put in 6 weeks after they were born always get my period as normal every month same time this month i have had cramps 2weeks before period which i never get got what i think is my peeiod was brown lasted 4 days wasnt heavy with little bits of pink sticky stuff with no cramps my period has finshed but still have sore boobs and still cramping very low in my back and in the front never had this before always get cramp before and during period but not this time could i be pregnany

The lighter bleeding during the periods and the other symptoms are due to hormonal changes in your body. You need to rule out pregnancy even if you are using irena.
