Cramps In Feet, Pain In Arch And Heel Of Right Foot. Inactive, Weightgain. Ideas?

HI! I'm a missionary who is home in the States for a visit. I've been having cramps in my feet and now have pain in my arch and heel area of my right foot. I have not been as active as usual and also have gained 10 extra pounds eating foods I don't get overseas.... Any ideas?

Hi! I'm sorry this is the 1st time I've used this and didn't know that there was a cost associated when I asked the question. Thanks for your offer to help, but I'm not going to be able to pay.

Blessings
