Cramps, Squishy Balls, Brownish Bloody Mucus After Wiping. Any Ideas?

Hello I was just wondering about something. All last night I was cramping this morning I woke up an went to the bathroom, when I went there were these two squishy balls on the bottom of the toilet. It didn't hurt or nothing. But right after I seen them I wiped and there was this brownish bloody mucus stuff. It's been a few hours and it's only gotten a little worse. Would you know anything about what you think this May be?

Hi, they appear to be the boils formed there, and as you have wiped, they became infective, and became pain full.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and antinflamatries. Thank you.
