Sorry for your tragic losses. I empathize with you.
You see depression that you are having can be better explained as Reactive Depression and it can be effectively managed by using a combination of drug therapy and counseling or psychotherapy.
Drug therapy that you need to seek from your doctor shall entail following drugs- Escitalopram as the chief anti depressant at dose of 10 mg / day and Buspirone as an augmenting agent at dose of 10 mg three times a day for at least 4-6 months for full recovery.
Counseling / psychotherapy that you should seek is CBT that is Cognitive Behavior Therapy shall be sought from a clinical psychologist and this will support the drug therapy in leading to effective control over your symptoms.
So you shall do the needful and hopefully this will pull you through this tough phase of depression.
Regards
