Cure For The Itchy Red Patches On The Legs Which Is Spreading?
I have really itchy red patches on my legs & which seems to be spreading. My doctor gave me an fungal infection cream but that was over a week ago and there is still no improvement. The itching is worse when I get in a bath or my legs get warm. Please help as they look awful!

The condition you have described commonly seems to be a simple fungal infection,which is pretty common in moist and warm areas of the body like groin,buttocks, under arms. From preventive perspective, you should try to maintain regular hygiene of those areas. Avoid wearing tight and synthetic garments. Always use properly laundered cotton clothes. As for the treatment part, apart from antifungal creams you would need oral antifungal drugs for complete resolution of condition, which your dermatologist which prescribe to you. HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your problem stop using the cream this may not be fungal infection idiopathic pruritus is likely in my opinion the best drug to treat this condition is "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
