Cyst On Right Ovary. No Help From Medication. Missed Periods, History Of Irregular Periods, Irregular Intake Of Medicines. Pregnancy?

Hi so I have had a cyst on my right ovary since feb gynae gave me medication to melt it which didn't help I had my period missed june it came in july had a period in august now its september I missed it again could it be due to the cyst or could I be pregnant I don't have pregnancy signs but I feel cyst pains the gynae also gave me ovral 28 to take for three months I only took it for a week

Welcome to HCM.
If you are on Tab Ovral, pregnancy is least likely. Cyst can be removed laparoscopically if its persistent & hurting you. Consult a gynecologist who is also expert in operative laparoscopic surgeries.
