Dandruff Problem, Small Flakes In Head. No Relief With Treatments. Redness, Flakes, Itching In Mustache. Cure?

Hello sir, Myself Ravi from Surat. For the last 6 to 7 yrs I am suffering from severe dandruff problem in my head. Now I use to found small flakes in my head which stick inmyhead. I have showed to lot of doctors andtheysays that twill be cured very easily. But unfortunately my time and money both is going but am still suffering from the same problem.Now I am also having infection on my chin and in moustache where there is redness and also flakes and itching in that area which becomes red after saving. Hi, your problem may be a seborrheic dermatitis which may involve scalp, eyebrows, nasal folds, moustache, beard, behind the ears, chest and back.
It is a chronic problem and requires regular use of an antifungal stay on lotion and an antidandruff shampoo.
Oral medication depends on the severity.

there are some allergies in skin where there are hairs due to oils secretions these are the major area of recurent problems
keep dry and airy and apply oils which are easily absorbed
take fluconazole 150 mg once a week till 3 months
take antiallergic sos for itch
no oily greesy and fatty foods
apply antifungal lotion at night on scalp and mustache area and wash with antifunfgal shampp
twice a week can continue for long
no oily soaps creams and ointment onbody
