Dark Brown Discharge, No Pain Or Smell. Having Bladder Control Issues, Using Bladder Pads. Any Ideas?

hi thank you I just started and never had a discharge in my 42 yrs but I have a dark brown almost black discharge and when I tinkle it clear and don't burn at all so I do have a bladder control issues so I wear a bladder pad for this daily and change very often a day but I just started this dark discharge it really don't smell either im scared. what wrong pls and thank you I also bath 2 times a day sometimes more

Hi, nonsmelling dark coloured discharge may be due to some infections, anemia, or harmonal changes.
I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients prescribe, hematinics, antibiotics, fluconazole, and matronidazole. Thank you.
