Dark Brown Dry Spots On Chest, Armpit, Faint Discoloration Between Legs. Cure For Symptoms?

i have dark brown- almost black dry spots in the crease above my elbow, as well as my armpit. I also have brown, dry spots on my chest where my bra line is, and I believe I notices a faint discoloration in between my legs. I am going to see a doctor tomorrow, but for now I need to cover my arms at work, and I want to get a slight idea on what might be the problem.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I am suspecting sweat rash or miliaria which is common in the skin creases and folds. Are these spots itchy? Sweat rashes present as small bumps which are more in the skin creases as there is more sweating in those regions. I suggest keeping those areas clean and dry as they might be predisposed to fungal infection. Application of prickly heat powder may help soothe the itching.
Another cause could be taenia infection which causes itchy patches in the skin folds.
