Dark Circle Under Eyes. No Help From Adequate Sleep, Drinking Water. Advice?

Hello, I am 15 years old and suffer from dark under eye circles. At first I thought it might be due to a lack of sleep however even after receiving around 8-9 hours of sleep a day, I have seen no improvement. Also when this first became a problem I did some research and found that drinking plenty of water and keeping the skin moisturized helped so I tried these, also with no luck. Please could you give me some advice on what to do next? thank you

Hi...
Thanks for the query..
Definitely taking plenty of water helps you..
In addition you have take fresh fruits and vegetables (dark colored) which contain antioxidants which helps to delay aging changes in the skin and body...
You can take omega 3 fatty acids as supplement or food rich in those like walnuts and flaxseeds etc,
Try to improve your general nutrition as well and you can see the difference..
Take care...
