dark cirles are not necessarily an eye problem as such. many systemic disorders like sleep disturbances, unhealthy eating habits, physical and mental stress etc can cause the same. genetic factors also play a role. try creams with vitamin E and grape seed exctrats 3 tiems daily over the area.
specs will not really help. though you should get a routine eye exam every year.
