suggest me a face cream and facewash which i can use daily............... i'm of dark complexion.................. plz suggest fairness cream which are free from side effects............ i'm of Combination Skin type

i'm using b-glow cream and fash foam facewash......

Hi Dear

Welcome to the Platform of Health Care Magic.

Colour of the skin regulated by a pigment called Melanin. In sun exposure this pigment gets expanded and make the person dark skinned. when in shade this pigment shrinks and make the skin fairer.

By using philosophy sun screen creams are developed.

One should use sun screen skin cream of higher SPF more than 25 SPF to get some results.(SPF means Sun Protecting Factors).

Little side effects are acceptable. Many times people are allergic to cream and they develop contact dermatitis. In that case one should discontinue the cream.
