Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have a repeated traumatic injury to the foot that has led to inflammation of the soft tissues and along with it there seems to be rupture to small blood vessels and accumulation of the spilled blood from the blood vessels into the soft tissues leading to bruising and
hematoma formation..
There is also accumulation of inflammatory fluid and it is leading to swelling of ankles..
As you are able to put weight on the feet there does not seems to be any bony
fracture but only
soft tissue injury..
I would suggest you to continue doing cool compresses and also elevate your feet..
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Apply
analgesic ointment and put ankle strap or brace over it..
You can also tie a crape bandage.
Avoid excessive stress to your feet and walk less..
In case of no resolution consult a Podiatrist and get evaluated and he can do an x ray to confirm the cause and treat accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
