Dark Skin In Armpits, Overweight. Will Melacare Help In Lightening Skin Under My Arms?
hi , i am 19 years old and my underarms are really dark , because of this i am not able to wear sleeveless clothes . according to my BMI i am also over weight , i have heard melacare makes you fair , and many of my friends have tried and become fair too. i dont plan on using on my face but i would like to know whether i can use it on my under arms , kindly help me and tell me how often i can use it ??

since are slightly over weight you may be having Pseudo Acathosis nigricans which occurs due to obesity, there develops pigmentation at the back of the neck, arm pit , groin
for this weight reduction is the best solution, pigmentation decreases with decrease in body weight.
Depigmenting creams, chemical peeling are not of much help but can be tried ,
you can use melacare , twice a day but under expert medical supervision as it should not be used for long periods.
