Daughter Express Love By Biting And Pinching. Scratches Her Body Leaving Scars. Related To Behavior?

My daughter is 1 year and 10 months old. The de-worming medicine was last administered to her when she was a year and 2 months old. When she wants to express love, she begins to bite and pinch me. I read in a news article that such volatile expressions in infants happen when the toddler is ailing physically. Also, she continually scratches her body (neck below) almost throughout the day. She has small scars and pinch marks on her lower back, legs and neck. Is this condition related to her behavior? Need I administer any medication?

hi ! this behaviour may be her way of expressing her anger/fear or frustration.help her find her voice. at 2 she doesnt yet know how to express her desires in language that we understand. also show her to a dermatologist to rule out allergic dermatitis which may be the cause of her frustration & scratching. deworming has to be done every 6 monthly though this looks like a behavioural problem.
