Delayed Period, Bruised Breast, Hurts To Touch, Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite, Headache. Brown Stringy Discharge. Help

I'm about 3 weeks late for my period .
About four days ago I noticed the sides of my breast felt bruised they starting to hurt so much I can't bare to you touch them or wear a bra & now am starting to get sharp pains that feel like they going under neath my nipple . Also always feeling tired , loss of appetite & constant head aches . Went to the toilet before & noticed I had brown stringy discharge
Which I have never experienced any of these symptoms before am I starting to get my period ?

Your symptoms are indicating towards pregnancy.
Get your urine pregnancy test done & consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation.
Brownish discharge can be due to implantation of fertilized ovum
