Delayed Period, Had Brown Discharge. What Is This A Sign Of?
Hi i've not so long ago had my period, it come on the 22nd of this month but they come three days early, wasn't suppose to get them until the 25th of this month. They finished on the 27th of this month than that afternoon i went to the toilet & i had brown discharge, i've now been putting up with it for the past four days. Please help me, i'm a little scared. :/
Brownish vaginal discharge could be as a result of acute pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) but without lower abdominal pain it will hardly be the case as PID. Brownish discharge could also be vaginal discharge mixed with blood. Another most likely possibility is vaginal infection or vaginitis. You will need to see doctor so you can be examined, some tests done and treatment provided. Pelvic infections can often cause irregularity with periods. Excluding pregnancy if often necessary. Do make sure you see a doctor if symptoms persist.
Hope this helps and wish you the best.
