Delayed Period, Pink Spotting Followed By Brown, Have Pregnancy Symptoms. Pregnant?

Hello im 17 years old and i was about 12 days late on my period i did have unprotected sex so i just assumed that i was pregnant i couldnt go to get a test at the doctor due to insurance problems. So the day before i was supposed to be 6 weeks pregnant i got this light pink discharge mixed with a clear discharge it was very very light but then the next day it was also light flow but now it was bright red/orange mixed with that clear discharge nothing like my regular period the red/orange discharge lasted about 3 days then brown discharge for 2 days so i assumed it was my period but now i have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms . Nasuea, Headaches , Bleeding gums ,Dark veins on my breast , Sensitive nipples. so now i dont know what to think? Could i be pregnant? Was that implantation bleeding?
