Delayed Periods And Cramping. Had Spotting On Taking Birth Control Pill.What Does This Indicate?

I had sex with my bf on november 9 early morning around 4am and then 11am. He thought that he came inside of me so i took the plan b pill on november 10 around 9:30 pm . My next period is due on november 26. I spotted with in 2 hours after taking pill and ever since i haven't bleed. I am cramping with lower back pain other wise i am good and feeling no side effects. I already took preg test n it came out negative even though i know its too early but i am just really stressed out . Do you think I could be pregnant or what is my chances?
