Delayed Periods, Breast Pain, Vomiting, Nausea, Backache. Urine Test Shows Negative For Pregnancy. Reason?

Hai, Iam Chandrika
My Last period was April 02, 2013. After completion of 4 Weeks, i feel the symptoms (Breast Pain, Vomting feelings, Morning Sickness & back ache) like the pregnant lady has. i tested the urine also toady (May 18,2013) it's showing negative. But i feel the same pain. Please suggest us. what will be the expected reason.

well it seems you have a full 4 week cycle. if that so you are just few days over date. remeber that preganncy doesnot always come true immediately. you need to wait atleast one week more if periods doesnt start get another pregnanacy test if still negative consult your gynaecologist. thanks
