Delayed Periods, Cramps And Nausea. Had Intercourse
Hey doctor i last had my periods on 10th october 2013,i usually have a 28 days cycle today is 30th day and still i haven't received my periods.During last month i had a busy schudule and change of shift every week and during my 2nd week after my periods i used to sleep for 3hrs due to an event i was organising and a 10hrs shift.I had an intercourse on 12th day of the cycle where we did pullout method.lately i have been felling cramps and nausea but still no flow yet.please advice
As you have mentioned that you did intercourse on 12th day of cycle, i would like to tell you that its a high risk time because ovulation occurs on 14th day but not as a rule exactly on 14th day. Moreover, you practised pullout method, which is again risky.
Its better to get yourself tested with urine pregnancy kit and be sure.
If it negative, let us know, will workup to find other causes.
However, sometimes due to stress (as you mentioned), periods gets late.
And i would suggest you to practise other better methods of contraception in future. You can always ask us about that.
All the Best.
