Delayed Periods, Tender Breasts, Lower Back Pain, Cramps, Headaches, Prolonged Periods. Cure?

Need help my cycle is late but my breast are really tender to touch and heavy, lower back pain , lower cramps like I am about to start but no signs of my cycle at all when u go to the bathroom, frequent trips to the bathroom, headaches, fatigue , very sleepy,... I m 27 and have one child already. My last cycle was not regular I had two 7 days long cycles for the month of Aug. And nothing for this month.

hello there..

I wanted to know your last menses date. In any case , irregular periods do have a possibility of pregnancy. So you should do a blood or urine test to rule out pregnancy.
Also your symptoms of breast tenderness, tiredness, fatigue , excessive sleep are seen in pregnancy.
Incase your test is negative, you can consult a gynecologist for an internal examination and ultrasound. If both are normal, then you can go ahead and take progesterone tabs like regesterone or meprate for withdrawal bleeding (ie to get your periods)
If your next 2 cycles also remain irregular, then you need a complete evaluation with blood test for hormonal levels like Serum TSH, LH, FSH, Prolactin and Testosterone.
Please donot take any self medication. Visit a gynecologist and be under supervision.
