Delievered Baby, Brown Discharge, Becoming More Reddish Brown. What Could This Be?

Hi! I started my period on the 2nd of October and it ended on the 9th. This morning, I wiped and there was brown discharge. Throughout the day, it has become more reddish brown. I have a Panty liner on and there was some blood on it. What could this be? I have a 3 month old baby and my periods just began post pregnancy, maybe that s it?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Plesase do not worry. A brown discharge is considered normal at the end of a period and even more as this is your first period after your pregnancy, your system is only trying to clear all the accumulated waste, please do not be alarmed.

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy and best wishes.

Hope this helps.
