Sir I have pain since last three weeks on my lower abdominal left hand side . In September 2 I delivered premature twins babies they died after 6 hours that was normal or u can say that minor operation with 3-4 stitches for pain my lady doctor recommend Cip Val 500 three times a day for one week ,Nospa forte for pain and For 6 days as she found heavy discharge now after 1 week with medicine I feel pain some time so she ask me to use Citro Soda and Famicol . What can I do know
Hello there! I am very sorry for your loss. Twin babies born premature loss is really big physiological trauma you have been through and it will take time to get back to normal physiology. Mean while rest, continue the medicines and stay in touch with your doctor for staying safe. Don't lose hope. I recommend some postpartum psychotherapies sessions to help you and some days off a week or two minimum. may the odds be ever in your favour Cheers S Khan
