hi please consult your psychiatrist for further management..sexual side-effects are common in the group of drugs you are talking about, but there are also other group of drugs which are devoid of these effects..so a switching to another agent may be required..there are multiple newer anti-depressants coming out without these worries..so go ahead and enjoy your life..

General & Family Physician Dr. A K M Wasim Rahman's  Response
The drug you have mentioned here are-
1. NEXITO PLUS- ESCITALOPRAM+CLONAZEPAM
2. OLYEANZ- OLANZAPINE
3. PAXIDEP CR- PAROXETIN
Now ESCITALOPRAM & PAROXETIN is ANTI DEPRRASANT
OLANZAPINE- Atypical Anti Psychotic
CLONAZEPAM- Sedative , Anxiolytic.
Side Effects Rellated To Sexual Potency:
PAROXETIN- Delayed or impaired ejaculation.
ESCITALOPRAM- Loss of Orgasm during Sex.
Olanzapine and Clonazepam is quite safe in this matter.
Now several new drugs such as MIRTAZAPINE or BUPROPION etc are devoid of these side effects.
So I think you should take a second opinion. Because Both NEXITO & PAXIDEP have some side effects regarding this.
Thanks.
