Developed Constricting Air Pockets After C-section Which Causes Shortness Of Breath And Pain. Is This Serious?
Hi I am a 25 year old female. I had my baby via cesarean at the age of 20 in 2009 and have had this problem ever since. It first occurred about 3 weeks after child birth. I get these really bad constricting air pockets in my upper abdomen, mainly felt in my back and in my chest. They get so bad that they HURT extremely and sometimes it is hard to breath and when I do breath it hurts to do so. I then begin to take quick short breaths so it wont hurt as bad but the pain is unbearable I have to stop what I'm doing and lay down or hop into a hot shower to ease the pain. My body tries to alleviate this by burping or passing gas but it takes quite a while to subside. Also I yawn A LOT when I'm experience this and I know im trying to burp with each yawn but it doesn't happen a lot of the time. Can you please tell me what this is. It happens at the very least once to twice a month.
