good day doctor, i am a diabetic (rate 400 random) past few days i am not feeling good having painin my back and light pain twiching pain in my chest severe pain in my calf muscles pulse rate is 108 and i am going through mental stress due to which i have stopped my medication , not able to sleep at night i take restil (blue ) started with one but now i take 3 or 4 still i am awake till 3 am .

Hello,

You're a diabetic and your blood sugars are very high.
All your symptoms are related to severe hyperglycemia.
Which high level of sugar in your blood will damage the vital organs.
Your heart rate is also slightly high.
Check your blood pressure.
You are also suffering from mental stress and depression.
It is not advisable to stop medications.
