Diabetic. Had Age Related Cerebral Attrophy. Stroke, Left Side Paralyzed. Medicine? Treatment?
i am a 64 years old dibetic person. on 5feb 2913i got agerelated cerebral attrophy resulted in stroke and left side paralysis.my left arm its fingers;left ueg are still not in proper working;temporal vision of left eye lost;numbnesson both left and right feet sole;left chick ;upper and uwor lips.eyelids please best medicin and treatment
you are diabetic and had a stroke with diabetic polyneuropathy.Fascial nerve palsy will improve with time and with physiotherapy(bubble gum chewing).weakness in arm and leg will also improve with physiotherapy.using CHADS2 scoring system you have high score.if its iscemic infarct start using blood thinners and a new drug known as phosphodiestrase inhibitors are used now a days to have less damage.you will regain 4/5 power but with time atleast 45 days.for numbeness in feet and hand you can take pregabilin,duloxetine and cobalamine(b12)
Physiotherapy is the only thing that can influence to improve the function of the damaged parts that has already been caused.
Rest of treatment is aimed at preventing future events / recurrence.
It includes strict control of your diabetes and blood thinners...
Regular follow up is a must
