Hello,

Numbness and burning of the foot is due to Diabetic neuropathy. Ii is a complication due to damage of the peripheral nerves because of persistent hyperglycemia.
In this condition I would advice my patient to have a tight control of blood sugar.
Insulin therapy for blood sugar control and reduce inflammation in the nerves. Vitamin B supplements. Tramadol for pain management.
