Hello,

You're a Diabetic and hypertensive and you underwent total thyroidectomy.
Because of the absence of parathromes you are hypocalcemic.
You blood sugars and thyroid levels are normal.
The symptoms are mainly due to hypocalcemia.
You need correction of your calcium levels.
Consult your doctor because hypoglycemia may lead to tetany, hyperventilation, siezures and coma.
