For the past 5-6 days im getting cramps in the area around my waist back and front while sleeping. Its so uncomfortable that i have a pain killer which subsides it . Dont know what its all abt. Im a 60yr old active lady. Had an hysterectomy 10 yrs back. I am also diabetic blood sugar are slightly high these days 127 fasting . Please help
I think the pain you are experiencing might be due to pelvic infection, get a check up done from a gynaecologist to rule out pelvic infection, even though you are hysterectomised, as being diabetic you are more prone to urinary tract and reproductive tract infection.
Other thing might be due to osteoporosis and weak back bones giving you back ache,so increase milk intake and start taking calcium daily and vitamin D once a week which might help you.
Keep your sugars under control.
Don't worry, every thing would be fine.
Take care.
