Diabetic, Told To Have Yeast Infection. Took Fluconazole And Infection Still There With White Thing In Stool. Suggest?
Yes, I feel so miserable. I was told that my yeast infection has started because I am a diabetic. I took a Fluconazole 200 mg on Friday and the yeast infection is still here. Does it make you go to the bathroom more. I am seeing something white in my stools, is this normal or is this yeast? How long will it take for the yeast infection to go away?
Yeast infection will not get cured with anti fungal drugs such as flucanazole.. Yeast infection is self limited might not require treatment in most of the cases So try un control sugars and secondary bacterial infection with good hygiene.
Welcome to HCM Greetings of the day Namasthe To cure it completely you should be taking the tablet once a week for four weeks. Don't worry as you have no other complaint. Take care
