Diagnosed Antral Gastritis And Duodenitis. Severe Bloating, Stress, Dizziness, Unable To Burp, Chest Pain, Tingling Hands And Legs, Tightness In Tongue. Not On Medication. Help
i m 28, 4.7 ft, 70 kg... i had gastrits last year i did endoscopy it was shown antral gasrtritis and duodentitis. till now my stomach s bloating with pressure. i cant work and concentrate... my heart beat exceeds,, i get stress and anxiety... i feel dizziness . gas stuck in food pipe not able to burp...my left leg and hand start tingling and become week..i feel chest pain also in left side. my left portion feel very tight especialy under bra line and behind.... i m very fear... doctors are saying it will cure automatically... but still my stomach is bloating till now 11 months have passed... when gas bloat and not abe to burp.... my tongue becomes tight and able to speak ... i dont know what happening with me plz help

With the available described details, there appears to be possibility of dyspepsia with decreased gastrointestinal motility.
Dyspepsia is a collection of symptoms consisting of acidic belching, abdominal heaviness and bloating, gargling sound , excessive flatulence.
Dyspepsia could be due to peptic ulcer disease, bile reflux, and functional in nature.
Peptic ulcer disease could be due to Helicobacter pylori bacteria abd could manifest in form of nodular gastritis, follicular gastritis, erosive antritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer disease and in severe cases, may cause adenocarcinoma of stomach.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for urea breathe test for H. Pylori.
If Urea breathe test is found to be positive then you have to take complete eradication therapy for H. Pylori bacteria.
Meanwhile, he should also take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics.
