Hello Doctor, After MRI's and I think Mra's with and without dye enhancement, I received the following comments.May represent Chronic Microvascular Ischemic Disease. Ischemic changes also seen in the pons. No abnormal enhancement is noted. Small pineal cyst is seen. T 2 and Flair hypertensities involving both Centrum semiovale, corona radiata and periventricular white matter likely repre sents ChronicMicrovascular Ischemic Disease. This test was done to investigate recent memory decline and concentration problems. I have suffered from Dystonias and retricollis for years. There is much more now. I won;t address these now but if you are available to help me I need someone help me put it all together.
